Cycling Notes from Holland and Japan

August 10, 2015 by Norm Leslie

A Melburnian friend sent me this link to a story in the Guardian about Groningen - the most cycle friendly city in the world - eat your heart out Mayor Lisa!!

And then John C asked me to share this new toy for the cyclist who has everything!

This is an "intriguing" device from Japan - a breathalyser which if you blow above the limit will keep your bike locked. Looks like fun, except if your bike is in a bike rack, it could be an interesting challenge!!

Perhaps we should have one for Pender tomorrow??
